Step 1: Spill The Tea On Your Bag
Fill out our form with all the deets — brand, model, condition, and clear photos from every angle. The more you share, the quicker we can send you an offer.
Step 2: Get Your Quote
In 3–5 business days, we’ll let you know if we want your bag. If we do, you’ll get a contract and our offer, based on its resale value and condition. Choose cash or store credit, whatever suits your vibe.
Step 3: Send It Our Way
Say yes to the offer? We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label so your bag travels safe and sound to us.
Step 4: Authentication Time
Once it arrives, our team will inspect and authenticate your bag with extra care with special technologies such as Entrupy and Real Authentication. Almost there!
Step 5: Cash Out or Shop On
Once your bag is authenticated, you will get paid via bank transfer or snag store credit to find your next pre-loved treasure. Your bag, your rules.
P.S. If the bag doesn’t meet our standards or pass authenticity verification, the offer won’t be valid and we’ll reach out to you. You’ll have the option to have it shipped back (return shipping fees may apply). Please note: you’ll receive and sign a contract before we send you the shipping label.
