Refund policy

This policy reflects a careful focus on maintaining the quality and authenticity of luxury items, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of what they can expect when purchasing high-end second-hand products, which is why we make sure to carefully verify each one of the items before sale to guarantee its authenticity, so it would be very unlikely for any item to be declared inauthentic.

Orders Cancellation:

At The Vintage Caffe, a cancellation fee of 5% will be charged for order cancellations. This fee is implemented due to all purchased items are marked as 'out of stock' and to compensate for the missed opportunity for other customers to purchase them at that time, as we do not accept returns.

Do you accept returns?

Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

The only exception to accepting a return request is if the item does not meet the conditions described or is not completely authentic. In the unlikely event that this occurs, the customer must provide evidence to prove that the bag or item purchased is not authentic, we will gladly refund your money, under this condition only.

Even so, for this return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, without having been used, altered or damaged, it must retain all the original labels and the customer will have to assume the shipping costs.

Refund policy

The items we have are all for final sale. Due to the pre-loved vintage nature of our products, we cannot offer a warranty on any products offered for sale through our website and no refunds can be issued. (With some exceptions)

Exceptions:

Returns may be considered if the buyer provides one of the following reasons:

  1. If the item is PROVEN FAKE (Customer must provide argued and proven proof that the item is not authentic). Each product is authenticated by TVC, with Entrupy and/or Real Authentication. However, we offer this guarantee.

  2. If the item received corresponds to a different description than what was published or offered.

  3. If the item has MAJOR problems that were not stated or revealed in the description.

These are used bags. We ask you to remember that in most cases they may have signs of use.

Return request approval time: The return request can only be made within 3 DAYS of receiving the item. After 3 days, the item will not be eligible for return. Requests and messages after the designated period will no longer be considered.

Shipping costs:

Please note that when making a return, shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE and return shipping to TVC must be borne by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was approved within approximately 5 days. If the return request is approved, the refund will be automatically made to your original payment method.

Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well (An approximate time for banking entities is between 48 to 72 hours, after the approval issuance time by The Vintage Caffe), however, the exact time depends on the management of your bank.

1. Shipping Coverage

National: We offer shipping to all regions within the country. USES

International: We currently ship to the following countries: Europe and Asia.

2. Shipping Providers

We use the following suppliers to guarantee the security and timeliness of your orders:

Domestic: USPS, UPS

International: DHL

3. Shipping Costs

National: $20 if the purchase is made through the website; Free, if purchased through TikTok

International Shipping: Extra charges apply; It varies depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

All costs are assumed by the client.

4. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after purchase. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

If your purchase is made on Friday, it will be processed on Monday.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your shipment on the supplier's website.

6. Responsibility Policy

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the shipping provider. In case of a problem, please contact the supplier to file a claim.
