Custom Design Process

• Your deposit secures your custom project and allows us to begin the design process.
• A detailed CAD rendering will be provided for your review before production begins.
• Minor design revisions are included until the CAD is approved.
• Production will only begin after you provide final written approval of the CAD design.

Important Information

• This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the custom design, sourcing of materials, and project planning.
• Once the CAD has been approved, no additional design changes can be made without additional charges.
• The remaining balance must be paid before production is completed and the ring is shipped.
• Because each ring is handcrafted specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale.
• Production time begins after CAD approval and final payment, and is approximately 3–4 weeks.
